The activity was carried out within the project № 15-00-262 / 2014 - "Effective implementation of the Law on Protection against Domestic Violence", financially supported by the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice

   The forth of its kind work meeting gathered together the members of the working group created under the project. Thus, judges, police officers and lawyers prepared an analysis of the main problems during the implementation of the legislation on domestic violence. They also discussed the needs of all the experts in order to better implement the legislation as well the law amendments needed in order to do so.

   At the end of the project a program for cooperation with the Plovdiv District Court and District Interior Ministry Directorate-Plovdiv will be published.

   The meeting was held on 23.09.2015 in Maritsa Hotel. The event was attended by judges, prosecutors, police, lawyers, social workers and psychologists from the town of Plovdiv.
