At the beginning of July 2018, part of the Gender Alternatives Foundation team presented to a group of two experts and two women survivors of sexual violence, the two parts of the developed online game for young people under the CONVEY project - Counteracting Sexual Abuse and Harassment: Attracting Youths from Schools in Digital Education (Ref JUST / 2015 / RDAP / AG / SEXV / 8572), co-funded by the European Union, Program for Rights, Equality and Citizenship (01.09.2016 - 28.02.2019).


The Gender Alternatives Foundation launches its first artistic project "Women in Urban and Rural Areas - an Overview of Their Role in Society". The project is part of the cultural program of Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019 and is co-funded by "Plovdiv 2019" Municipal Foundation under the program "Community Centers (Chitalista) - Community Participation and Innovation".
On 18th of May, 2018 in the branch “Paisiy Hilendarski” University in Smolyan city was held a Round Table on "No violence against girls and women" and a discussion on the presentation of the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention and Combating of Violence over women and domestic violence. The event is part of the project of the Women's Club "Rodopchanka" - Smolyan city, which is funded by the Bulgarian Women's Fund (BFZ). A guest lecturer was a lawyer Milena Kadieva from the Gender Alternatives Foundation, who shared good practices, made an analysis of the legislation on the subject and presented the accents of the Convention.
